Gift Shop

Located on the second floor of the Polish Center, the Polanki Gift Shop is open during many Polish Center events, such as Champagne brunches and Lenten Fish Fries. It can also be opened during normal Polish Center business hours.

The shop sells a large variety of items imported from Poland such as Bolesławiec pottery, amber jewelry, decorative wooden boxes and carvings, small toys, and seasonal decorative items that are available all year round.  The shop also sells Polish greeting cards, oplatek, religious items, books (including specialty Polish cookbooks), stationery, kitchen novelties, and music CD's. 


Some popular book selections include Rose Petal Jam, Recipes & Stories from a Summer in Poland, by Beata Zatorska & Simon Target, Poles in Wisconsin, by Susan Gibson Mikoś and the delightful board books for young children like Milet Mini Picture Dictionary (English-Polish) by Sedat Turhan & Sally Hagan.
