Catering is available for every type of occasion from a continental breakfast to a sit-down banquet.  Sample prices from Jack Norman Catering are listed below.

Breakfast Menu:

Continental Breakfast
$7.50 per guest

Includes:  orange and cranberry juice, coffee, assorted Danish, muffins, pastries, and bagels with butter, cream cheese and preserves

Breakfast Buffet
$9.00 per guest

Includes:  scrambled eggs, American fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, rolls and bagels, coffee and juice

Lunch Menu:

Sandwich Board
$8.50 per guest

Includes: deli platter of roast beef, roast turkey, ham and summer sausage, assorted rolls and bread, potato salad, soup, cookies and coffee

Luncheon Buffet
$11.00 per guest (choice of one entrée)
$13.00 per guest (choice of two entrees)

Entrée selections include stuffed pork chop, keilbasa, chicken supreme, lasagne, baked ham, beef burgundy, roast beef, roast turkey, and baked fish. All luncheon buffets include choice of one starch, one salad, one vegetable, bread or dinner rolls, sheetcake or cookies and coffee.

Dinner Menu:

Polish Buffet
$20.00 per guest

Includes:  two entrée selections - choose from stuffed pork chops, Polish sausage (kielbasa), beef rollups (zrazy), cabbage rollups (gołąbki); two starch selections – choose from oven browned potatoes, parsley buttered potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, mushroom and kraut pierogi, potato pierogi; two vegetable selections – choose from red cabbage, sauerkraut with smoked sausage (kapusta and kielbasa), cauliflower and broccoli polonaise, candied carrots, fresh fruit platter, soup; creamed cucumbers (mizeria) or green salad; rolls and butter; coffee

Buffet Dinner Menu
$17.00 per guest (choice of one entrée)
$20.00 per guest (choice of two entrées)

Entrée selections include beef burgundy or stroganoff, roast turkey with stuffing, chicken parmesan, stuffed pork chop, lasagna, roast chicken, Swiss steak, and baked ham.  Other entrée selections available for an additional charge.  All buffet dinners include choice of one starch selection, one salad, two vegetables, bread or rolls and coffee.

Plate Service Dinner Menu
$21.00 to $27.00 per
guest depending on the entrée selected

Entrée options include boneless breast of chicken, beef tenderloin, prime rib, grilled salmon, sea bass, and several other items.  All plate service dinners include choice of one starch, one salad, two vegetables, bread or rolls, and coffee. 

Miscellaneous Items:

Other menu items available include soups, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts.  Custom menus are available.
